Personalised group training that allows each individuals needs to be met within the group training environment. Every aspect of our session is scalable, meaning, you can join our program regardless of your current fitness level or training experience - we'll work with you to ensure you're benefiting every step of the way.
Our sessions are specifically programmed to target certain muscle groups, skills, movement patterns and energy systems so that individuals can develop the necessary strength and fitness to achieve the goals they're after in a maintainable way for a more fulfilling lifestyle.
All of our classes are led by highly trained, passionate and experienced coaches. What you do in week 1 directly lends itself to what you'll be able to achieve in week 2 and so on. Classes are approximately 60 minutes in duration and follow a planned progression with the following basic structure:
A certified Strength and Conditioning coach will guide you through a warm-up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. Your coach will supervise and correct any movements performed during the workout and provide the necessary motivation specific to your own personality and goals to make your training experience one of the best parts of your day!
