Proving to be one of our most popular services, we take great pride in being able to facilitate a legitimate sport option for kids to invest their time and energy toward, one that develops them both physically and mentally, providing opportunities to learn new skills and make new friends.
With an emphasis on developing fundamental movement patterns and creating a positive relationship with health and fitness, we introduce basic barbell technique and a strong focus on not only moving correctly, but also developing an ability to understand the purpose of each workout - educating our juniors toward improved lifestyle habits!
