Hi,
I’m Morgan.
After years of training, I decided to combine my love of health and fitness with my passion for teaching.
Growing up I was actively involved in many sports, competing at high levels. As I began my teaching career, I moved into coaching a variety of sporting teams. This highlighted, not only my passion for health and fitness but the enjoyment in helping others to strive to be better, build strength and endurance, and achieve goals that they might’ve once thought were out of reach. I began further studies to further my education and that’s when I decided to become a coach. Now coaching, I love to educate people to move well and enjoy supporting them with their goals by helping them develop positive habits that impact their lives inside and outside of the gym.
