I'm not the strongest person in the gym but what I lack in strength I make up for in movement. Being in the "wiser" years of my training career, I like to focus on technique and efficiency through movement and pacing. This all takes time and a lot of patience to develop but all things worthwhile do. Movement and pacing are the skills in the gym that I'm most proud of. It's how I train and how I coach.
Gym Manager
From an early age until graduation, sports and fitness were always a natural part of my life. Then, almost straight out of school, I married and spent most of my 20s trying to figure out how to be a husband, how to raise kids, and how to make money. None of that included how to stay fit and healthy. Before I hit 30, I realized I had developed a good set of man boobs which sent me on a massive health kick. 13 years later, I went from zero to coaching and owning a successful gym, which changed the trajectory of my life.
Throughout this journey, I acquired the tools necessary not only to help others achieve their fitness goals but to also guide them in applying these principles to life. Working daily with people from all walks of life, I emphasize the importance of goal setting, consistency, motivation, resilience, and mindset, and understanding when to push and when to rest. I quickly learned that these principles, honed in the gym, form the very foundation of success in all aspects of life.
This is why I love coaching — to empower individuals with the same life-changing principles that have made a massive difference for me and my family.
